Meet Two 40V Auto-Grade Components with Low RDS(on)

MCC Semi is pleased to introduce our latest components designed to change the game in automotive and other demanding applications. With 40V and on-resistance of only 1.1mΩ, MCACLS290N04YHE3 and MCACLS330N04YAHE3 are two N-channel power MOSFETs with unlimited possibilities.

AEC-Q101 qualification ensures quality and reliability. But where these components really shine is their superior thermal performance and efficiency. The DFN5060 package with dual-side cooling (DSC) features thermal pads on the top and bottom with an additional transfer path on the top for junction-to-case thermal resistance as low as 0.67⁰C/W. This feature offers a better temperature rise margin than traditional DFN5060 packages.
