Ideal for low-voltage applications, the 1.5V CSPSBULC1V5AE and CSPSBULC1V5LB, and the 3.3V CSPSBULC3V3AE and CSPSBULC3V3LB, have been rigorously tested to ensure optimal performance.
With impressive IEC 6100-4-2 ratings for ESD immunity of up to ±15kV for air and ±12kV for contact discharge and an IEC 6100-4-5 (lightning) rating of 4A (8/20μs), these diodes are well-equipped for electrical surges.
They also feature the ultimate combination for shielding sensitive devices from harmful ESD — a 2.9V clamping voltage and ultra-low capacitance of only 0.2pF.
