Micro Commercial Components (MCC) introduces the ESDSBULCxxVLBQ Series, a family of AEC-Q101 qualified ultra-low capacitance bidirectional ESD protection diodes designed to safeguard high-speed communication interfaces and sensitive electronic circuits from electrostatic discharge (ESD) events. As automotive and industrial electronic systems continue to integrate faster communication protocols into increasingly compact designs, engineers require protection devices that provide robust transient protection without compromising signal integrity.
The ESDSBULCxxVLBQ Series addresses these challenges by combining an ultra-low junction capacitance of 0.45pF with low clamping voltage and fast transient response in a miniature DFN1006-2 package. Available in 3.3V, 18V, and 24V reverse working voltage options, the series supports both high-speed signal lines and DC power rail protection. These characteristics make the devices ideal for USB interfaces, HDMI ports, NFC antennas, automotive electronics, industrial communication systems, and other space-constrained high-speed applications.
