With an ultra-low capacitance of only 0.5pF and low leakage of 200nA, our new diodes enable optimal ESD protection for high-speed interfaces used in consumer and industrial applications. Fully compliant with IEC 6100-4-2 (ESD immunity) and IEC 6100-4-5 (Lighting) standards, these components are ready to safeguard your sensitive electronic designs.
