SMA-FL Package Compatibility Meets 3A and 5A Forward Current Capability
MCC Semi is pleased to introduce the latest in our automotive arsenal — the SKxxFLQ series Schottky barrier rectifiers. With voltages from 40V to 200V, these six components are meticulously engineered to meet AEC-Q101 standards and exceed engineer expectations.
Get the best of both worlds with high surge capability and a low-profile design with a maximum standing height of 1.25mm (about 50% shorter than the traditional SMA package). Factor in forward current capabilities of 3A or 5A, and it’s easy to see these new Schottky barrier rectifiers are optimal for a broad range of applications where space is limited. From SMPS and freewheeling diodes to rectification, our new components elevate performance and reliability.
All six components in the SKxxFLQ series offer the ideal combination for unmatched performance in a compact form factor: high surge capability and a low-profile design compatible with the SMA package.
