MCC Semi is pleased to introduce the latest in our automotive arsenal — the SKxxFLQ series Schottky barrier rectifiers. With voltages from 40V to 200V, these six components are meticulously engineered to meet AEC-Q101 standards and exceed engineer expectations.

Get the best of both worlds with high surge capability and a low-profile design with a maximum standing height of 1.25mm (about 50% shorter than the traditional SMA package). Factor in forward current capabilities of 3A or 5A, and it’s easy to see these new Schottky barrier rectifiers are optimal for a broad range of applications where space is limited. From SMPS and freewheeling diodes to rectification, our new components elevate performance and reliability.
