## Low Forward Voltage Surface-Mount Rectifiers for Efficient and Thermal Stable Power Conversion
MCC introduces the MBRB40xxCTQ and MBRD20xxCTQ Series, a family of automotive‑grade surface‑mount Schottky Barrier Rectifiers designed for high‑current power conversion with controlled power loss and efficient heat dissipation. Offered in compact DPAK and thermally efficient D2-PAK packages, these devices support high power density designs while maintaining stable electrical performance and long‑term reliability in demanding environments.
Featuring low forward voltage drop, fast switching performance, and high junction temperature capability, the MBRB40xxCTQ and MBRD20xxCTQ Series improves overall efficiency and reduces thermal stress in high‑frequency and high‑power applications.
