MCC introduces the MCAC Power MOSFET Series, a family of 40V and 100V N-Channel and P-Channel devices designed to address efficiency, thermal performance, and PCB space constraints in modern power designs. Engineered for industrial, consumer, and automotive applications, the series delivers low conduction and switching losses, strong current capability, and reliable thermal performance in compact surface-mount packages.

Built on split gate trench technology, the MCAC series achieves low RDS(on) and optimized switching behavior, helping reduce power loss and improve overall system efficiency. With both N- and P-Channel options available, along with AEC-Q101 qualified variants, the portfolio provides flexibility for high-side and low-side switching across a wide range of power architectures.
