Wide 45V to 200V Selection in Compact DFN5060 Package
Introducing MCC’s latest series of automotive Schottky barrier rectifiers (SBDs) designed to ensure reliability and performance in demanding situations. These four AEC-Q101 qualified components meet stringent automotive industry standards as well as ours.
Housed in a compact DFN5060 package, our new SBDs boast versatility with voltages from 45V to 200V and current capability ranging from 6A to 15A.
High operating junction temperature capability up to 175°C provides stable performance amid tough conditions. Their unique guard ring design reduces electric field stress and minimizes leakage current, preventing premature breakdown and enhancing performance.
Low leakage also boosts efficiency, minimizes thermal runway risk, and improves overall performance in high-temp and high-voltage applications.
Our auto-grade SBDs are optimized for SMPS, RF, freewheeling diode, and rectification applications, delivering maximum versatility in a robust package.
