MCC is excited to announce its latest series of 1000V Fast Recovery Bridge Rectifiers in an SMT-compatible TBSG package, engineered for high-voltage rectification circuits where efficiency and space optimization are critical.
High-voltage designs often struggle with switching losses from slow recovery diodes, thermal buildup in compact layouts, and reliability under surge conditions, all while needing components suitable for automated SMT assembly.
This new series addresses these challenges with a fast reverse recovery time of less than 500 ns, significantly reducing switching losses and improving energy efficiency in demanding power applications. An optimized forward voltage (VF) of 1.3V and low thermal resistance enable superior current handling while maintaining thermal stability. The compact TBSG package supports automated placement and delivers excellent thermal performance, making it ideal for high-density power systems where size and performance matter most.
Available in 2A, 3A, 4A, and 6A current ratings, these rectifiers provide robust high-voltage rectification in space-constrained designs.
