Optimized for ultra-fast 50 ns recovery, robust surge performance, and low EMI in high-frequency power applications

MCC introduces the ultra fast rectifiers 650V, available in both 40A (MUR4065B-BP) and 60A (MUR6065BL-BP) TO-247AD packages. Designed for high-speed switching applications, these rectifiers feature ultra-fast reverse recovery (as low as 50 ns) to deliver superior efficiency and minimize energy loss, even in demanding operating conditions. Robust surge-forward-current capability and soft recovery characteristics ensure reliable, low-EMI performance, making them an excellent choice for applications requiring stable, high-performance rectification and fast response. 

Built on a robust planar structure die, these rectifiers provide consistent performance and long-term reliability in challenging thermal and electrical environments. Their ability to operate at high frequencies enables more compact and efficient designs, while the high operating junction temperature rating of ≤175°C ensures stable operation under elevated heat conditions. With excellent surge forward current handling, the devices can withstand demanding transient events, making them suitable for a wide range of power conversion and protection roles. The soft recovery characteristic further minimizes power-consuming oscillations and EMI, supporting clean and stable system performance.
