  • Up to 98% reduction in reverse leakage compared to previous generations, enhancing standby performance and reliability  
  • High surge current capability to withstand line transients and inrush events  

Encased in a compact GBJ package with a standardized pinout and robust creepage/clearance distances, these rectifiers simplify PCB layout, conserve board space, and support high-density designs. Available in 600V and 800V variants with current ratings of 15A, 25A, and 35A, the GBJ Series streamlines device selection across SMPS, UPS, battery chargers, and general-purpose AC/DC converters—helping to simplify thermal design, extend system lifespan, and accelerate development.
