High‑Current, High‑Efficiency Performance in DPAK and D2PAK Packages
MCC introduces a new automotive‑qualified Schottky Barrier Rectifier (SBR) series that expands its rectifier portfolio with high‑performance solutions in compact DPAK and D2PAK packages. Designed to support demanding automotive power architectures, these devices combine low forward voltage, high current handling, and stable operation at elevated temperatures to address the challenges of efficiency and reliability in vehicle power systems.
The SBR series spans 10 A to 60 A with voltage ratings from 45 V to 100 V, enabling broad use across automotive power conversion and protection functions. AEC‑Q101 qualification, low power loss, and a maximum junction temperature of 175 °C ensure dependable long‑term performance under harsh conditions, helping designers reduce thermal stress, improve system efficiency, and simplify implementation in automotive and EV applications.
