Compact Snapback Design with Ultra-Low Clamping Voltage
Introducing MCC’s new super-low capacitance 3.3V and 5V ESD diodes designed with snapback technology and a high-power transient voltage suppressor (TVS).
With clamping voltage of just 5V and 13A (8/20µs) surge handling capability, ESDSBSLC3V3LT and ESDSBSLC5V0LT are engineered to provide the highest levels of protection and reliability.
Boasting capacitance of only 1.0pF or 0.65pF (typ), these diodes shield sensitive dual signal lines from harmful voltage spikes and electrostatic discharge.
Both components meet stringent IEC-6100-4-2 standards with outstanding immunity ratings of ±30kV for both air and contact discharge and strong lightning protection (IEC 61000-4-5), guaranteeing robust performance in harsh conditions.
