Superior Performance in Compact Packages: SOD-323, SOT-23, and Auto-Grade DFN-1006-2L
Ensure maximum ESD protection for your designs with MCC’s new high-voltage ESD diodes specially designed to protect against electrostatic discharge and lightning strikes. With a peak reverse working voltage (VRWM) of 36V and three package sizes, they also deliver maximum versatility.
ESD36VD3A is available in the compact SOD-323 package and features a maximum clamping voltage of 75V. For space-constrained designs, ESD36VLHE3 is offered in the ultra-compact DFN-1006-2L package and provides a maximum clamping voltage of 80V. This component is also AEC-Q101 qualified, making it ideal for automotive applications.
Boasting a maximum clamping voltage of 90V and a SOT-23 package, ESD36VT2B is compact and easy to use in a range of electronic systems.
All three diodes meet stringent industry standards, with ESD36VD3A and ESD36VT2B receiving IEC 61000-4-2 ESD immunity test ratings of ±30kV for air and contact discharge, and ESD36VLHE3 receiving ratings of ±8kV for air and contact discharge. These components also comply with the IEC 61000-4-5 (Lightning) protection standard up to 5A (8/20μs).
Sudden surges and voltage spikes have met their match in MCC’s new ESD diodes.
