We’re proud to roll out our newest series of Schottky Barrier Rectifiers with voltage options spanning 40V to 200V. These eight high-performance products combine the ideal blend of efficiency and reliability for a host of automotive, industrial, and commercial devices and equipment. 

Full AEC-Q101 qualification and a compact DO-221AC package with a typical height of only 0.9mm ensure stable operation in a space-saving footprint. With a forward voltage drop of 1A-2A, MCC Semi’s latest components reduce power losses and enhance efficiency in the most demanding conditions (up to 175℃).
