1A, 2A, and 3A AEC-Q101 Qualified Schottky Rectifiers Add 60V and 100V Options to the Automotive SOD-123HL
Micro Commercial Components (MCC) adds three new devices to its Automotive SOD-123HL Schottky Rectifier series, extending the portfolio with SMD16HLQ-TP, SMD210HLQ-TP, and SMD310HLQ-TP. The new additions provide designers with additional current and voltage combinations while retaining the compact SOD-123HL package used across the series.
The new devices address different power requirements within compact automotive and electronic systems, ranging from 1A rectification at 60V to 3A rectification at 100V. This broader selection gives designers greater flexibility when matching rectifier current capability and reverse-voltage requirements to their application.
