Micro Commercial Components (MCC) introduces the MIB30N65AT2Y-TP, a high-performance 650V Trench Field-Stop IGBT designed to improve efficiency, thermal performance, and reliability in demanding industrial power conversion systems. As modern power electronics continue to increase switching frequencies while reducing system size, engineers require compact IGBT solutions that deliver low switching losses, excellent thermal stability, and reliable operation under demanding electrical conditions.

The MIB30N65AT2Y-TP addresses these challenges by combining a 650V collector-emitter voltage rating with a 30A continuous collector current in the industry-standard D2-PAK package. Built on advanced Trench Field-Stop technology, the device features a low collector-emitter saturation voltage (VCE(sat)) of only 1.75V, high pulse current capability up to 120A, smooth switching performance, a positive temperature coefficient for simplified parallel operation, and a maximum junction temperature of 175°C.
