MCC Semi is proud to introduce two ESD protection diodes made for ultimate performance: ESDULC5V0LBWFHE3 and ESDULC3V3LBWFHE3. These components boast features that add up to unquestionable reliability while safeguarding sensitive electronics from signal degradation and damage caused by electrostatic discharge.
With ultra-low capacitance ranging from 0.35pF to 0.25pF (typ.) and low clamping voltage, our new ESD diodes enable fast, stable data transmission while protecting systems in diverse applications. AEC-Q101 qualification ensures these diodes meet strict auto industry standards for dependable operation.
Proven capable in the IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) immunity test, ESDULC3V3LBWFHE3 can withstand air and contact discharges up to ±20kV, while ESDULC5V0LBWFHE3 is ready for air discharges up to ±15kV and contact discharges up to ±8kV. Peak performance during lightning surges is also assured, with IEC 61000-4-5 (Lightning) compliance up to 4A/3A (8/20μs).
In addition to elevated protection from harmful ESD and lightning surges, our components empower streamlined quality via automated optical inspection (AOI) thanks to the side-wettable flanks in their DFN1006-2L package.
