AEC-Q101 Qualified 60V Automotive P-Channel MOSFET Featuring Low RDS(on), Compact DFN2020-6(SWF) Packaging, and Reliable High-Side Switching Performance
Micro Commercial Components (MCC) introduces the MCMWF190P06LQ-TP, an AEC-Q101 qualified 60V P-Channel MOSFET designed for reliable automotive high-side switching and power management applications. As automotive electronic modules continue to become smaller and more integrated, engineers require compact MOSFET solutions that deliver efficient power switching, excellent thermal performance, and long-term reliability under demanding operating conditions.
The MCMWF190P06LQ-TP addresses these requirements by combining a low maximum RDS(on) of 190mΩ with a continuous drain current capability of up to 5.7A in a compact DFN2020-6(SWF) package. Built on advanced Trench MV MOSFET technology, the device offers efficient switching performance while its side-wettable flank (SWF) package improves automated optical inspection (AOI) capability and assembly reliability. These characteristics make it an excellent solution for reverse battery protection, high-side load switches, body control modules, battery management systems, automotive lighting, motor control, and DC-DC converter applications.
