Designed to deliver twice the current carrying capacity of the traditional TBS package, these new components only increased 66% in size and only 42% in overall area, making them ideal for space-constrained designs demanding exceptional power handling.
With 1000V performance and a forward drop of only 1V, our new rectifiers are as powerful as they are efficient. Available in 2A, 3A, 4A, and 6A current options, these versatile components meet the diverse demands of various applications.
Our new TBSG package demonstrates MCC’s dedication to delivering innovative solutions that combine compact design and high performance.
