Choose from Two New High Performers in TO-247AD Package
MCC is pleased to roll out two ultrafast recovery rectifiers with the properties to handle demanding Industrial and Commercial devices. Both MUR6040B and MUR3060BS deliver a low Trr, high-temperature tolerance, low leakage, and low forward drop, making them suitable for many high-frequency power switching applications.
Rugged and ready to work, either component can overdeliver as an output rectifier, freewheeling diode, or a boost diode in HF power switching uses, such as switch-mode power supplies and DC-DC converters.
