Up to 639A Capability in a Compact TOLL-8L Package with Low Conduction Loss and Strong Thermal Performance

MCC introduces the MCTLD58N04Y, a 40V N-Channel MOSFET designed for high-current power applications such as motor drivers in power tools, DC power systems, and industrial power stages, where low conduction loss, high current capability, and thermal robustness are required.

Housed in the TOLL-8L package, the MOSFET combines an ultra-low RDS(on) of 0.58mΩ with a high continuous drain current rating of 639A, supporting efficient conduction, stable switching, and reliable operation under heavy load conditions.

Built on split gate trench MOSFET technology, the MCTLD58N04Y delivers low conduction and switching losses while supporting compact layouts. This makes it well suited for designs where heat buildup, efficiency, and board space are critical constraints.

The device also offers strong avalanche ruggedness and benefits from the thermally efficient TOLL-8L package, supporting stable operation under transient and inductive stress conditions.
