Our 3.3V Ultra-Low Capacitance ESD Protection Diodes, ESDULC3V3D5B, CSPSBULC3V3P6, and ESDULC3V3PRB, shield single, dual, or eight high-speed I/O lines with ease.

Available in popular SMD packages SOD-523, CSP1610, and DFN5515, our new protection devices bring efficiency and reliable operation to a range of high-speed connections. Featuring a low clamping voltage, ultra-low capacitance of 0.25pF-0.4pF, and compliance with stringent IEC standards for electrostatic discharge and lightning, our new ESD diodes shield sensitive electronics connected to USB-Cs, Superspeed USBs (USB 3.0), HDMIs, DisplayPorts, and antennae.
