Micro Commercial Components (MCC) introduces the MCTL1DxN series, a family of high-performance N-channel power MOSFETs designed to deliver exceptional efficiency and high-current capability in demanding power applications. As modern power systems continue to increase in power density while reducing system size, designers require MOSFETs that combine ultra-low conduction losses, excellent thermal performance, and fast switching characteristics.
The MCTL1DxN series addresses these challenges by offering 40V, 60V, 80V, and 100V voltage options with ultra-low RDS(on) down to 1.0mΩ and continuous drain current capability up to 364A. Built on advanced Split Gate Trench (SGT) MOSFET technology and housed in the thermally optimized TOLL-8L package, these devices minimize switching and conduction losses while maximizing heat dissipation.
